Labour Law
The Labour Law team deals with both individual and collective labour law. We solve and clarify legal problems. Supporting our clients, we take into account their business needs and current legislation. Our services include
- drafting and reviewing employment, non-competition agreements
- drafting agreements with company management members and managerial contracts
- assisting in individual and group layoff processes
- negotiating and mediating with employees and trade unions, including drafting single establishment and multi-establishment collective labour agreements
- preparing intra-company regulations (Labour Regulations, Salary Regulations, ZFSS – staff welfare fund)
- supporting the development of working time structures and remuneration
- supporting restructuring processes with the preparation of procedures for the transition of employees between workplaces
- supporting clients in relations with trade unions, including industrial disputes
- preparing anti-discrimination and anti-bullying procedures and representing the employer in anti-bullying committees
- representing employers and employees in court proceedings
legal representation before the National Labour Inspectorate, the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy and other offices in the field of labour law - responding to post-inspection statements by the National Labour Inspectorate

- counselling on the activities of employment agencies and all forms of employment of Polish citizens abroad and foreigners in Poland
