Advocate. He graduated from the Law, Administration and International Relations Faculty at Andrzej Frycz-Modrzewski Krakow Academy of Law. He completed his legal training at the District Bar Chamber in Krakow where he passed his bar exam and was entered into the register of advocates. He gained his professional experience in law firms in Krakow. He deals with cases in civil, commercial and criminal law. He advises organizations participating in public procurement procedures, representing contractors, and clients before the National Appeals Chamber. He specialises in advising private sector businesses on legal issues related to obtaining funds for investments, implementing projects co-financed from the EU budget, determining the entitlement to expenses and contract awards. He has mediated in disputes with intermediary institutions related to objections against the results of the evaluation of project financing, and financial corrections. He chairs the real property and construction investment team conducting or supervising due diligence and audits of the legal status of real property. He represents clients in negotiations and court between parties in construction proceedings (including representation in complex compensation proceedings). He also develops projects in both the housing and tertiary markets (including suite hotels). He has been with the Firm since 2016. He speaks English.
