Advocate. In 2016 she completed law studies at the University of Silesia in Katowice. She finished her legal training at the District Bar Council in Bielsko-Biała where she successfully passed her bar exam and was entered into the register of advocates. She gained her professional experience at law firms in Bielsko-Biała. She specialises in issues related to civil law, personal data protection and labour law as well as bankruptcy law. She is responsible for a number of projects related to personal data protection, including conducting audits, implementing GDPR for clients in the manufacturing, security and telecommunications sectors as well as representing clients before the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. She also provides comprehensive legal representation in bankruptcy proceedings (including so-called consumer bankruptcies), including a full analysis of the company’s situation, preparation of a motion to the court, supporting clients during court proceedings and collaborating with the trustee of the bankrupt estate. She has been with our firm since 2015.
