Attorney-at-law. He completed his studies at the Law and Administration Faculty at the University of Silesia. His master’s thesis was devoted to general clauses. During his studies he received a scholarship for top students from the Rector of the University of Silesia. As a student, he started gaining professional experience in his internship at the Court and the Public Prosecutor’s Office, and then in Silesian law firms. In 2022 he completed his legal training at the District Chamber of Attorneys-at-Law in Katowice, where he passed his bar exam and was entered into the register of attorneys-at-law. He deals with cases in civil, intellectual property and business law cases. He has experience in providing services to entrepreneurs, public institutions and non-governmental organisations. He also has considerable experience in litigation and legal representation before courts and public administration bodies.
In particular, he has been involved in litigation, including commercial and compensation proceedings, with many successes. His cases also include litigation before the Polish Patent Office (PPO) and the European Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). He advises on intellectual property law and new technologies. He has successfully assisted clients in disputes with the internet giants.
