Doctor of Laws (Ph.D.), attorney-at-law. A graduate of the Jagiellonian University, where he also defended his doctoral dissertation. Author of numerous publications and recipient of a number of awards, including those from the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland and the University of Wrocław. He specializes primarily in intellectual property law, as well as civil and commercial law. He has experience as in-house counsel in one of the major companies in the region. Active in the legal and academic communities, he has collaborated or currently collaborates with, among others, the Allerhand Institute, the Panoptykon Foundation, the H. Grotius Centre for Intellectual Property Rights, the Regional Development Agency S.A. (Agencja Rozwoju Regionalnego S.A.), the Polish Group of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), the Polish Scientific Society of Press Law, and the Polish Association of Corporate Lawyers (PSPP). Associated with the Law Firm since 2005.
