Attorney-at-Law. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. He provides legal advice to both domestic and international businesses. His areas of expertise include corporate law, with a particular focus on legal support for corporate restructuring processes. He also provides comprehensive legal advice in connection with the commercialisation and recommercialisation of commercial real estate, particularly retail and warehouse properties. His practice includes advising on investment transactions involving commercial real estate, including conducting legal due diligence. He gained his professional experience both in law firms and as an in-house lawyer at a major company in the retail sector.
