Attorney-at-law, she has been with our firm since 2012. She graduated from the Law, Administration and Economics Faculty at the University of Wrocław and completed postgraduate studies in Public Procurement Law under the patronage of the President of the Public Procurement Office at the Cracow University of Economics. She deals with debt collection, local government law and public procurement, mainly providing services to contracting authorities.

Within the scope of procurement, she prepares formal and legal terms and conditions of contract specifications, or descriptions of needs and requirements, including legal assistance in determining the conditions of participation which contractors applying for a contract award have to meet. She also deals with the selection of criteria for evaluating tender offers, verifying the correctness of the procurement notice, and preparing contract templates. Her interests in the field of public procurement include the issue of admissible changes in a contract within public procurement, as well as appeal proceedings before the National Appeals Court (NAC).
