Legal and tax adviser. She graduated from the Law, Administration and Economics Faculty at the University of Wrocław. She has been with our law firm since 2020. She has many years of experience in providing legal services to tax authorities and fiscal inspection. She specialises in tax advisory services for entrepreneurs, both in terms of daily activities, and restructuring and investment activities. She carries out tax audits and develops tax procedures and strategies. She represents clients in proceedings before tax authorities and administrative courts as well as in administrative enforcement. She has been successful in civil disputes resulting from Paulian action taken by tax authorities. As a defence counsel, she represents clients in tax infringement cases, especially with regard to the liability of company board members. She provides tax training for entrepreneurs.
