Advocate. He graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, defending his master’s thesis in civil procedure with the highest grade. He was a recipient of the Rector’s Scholarship for the best students at UMCS. He completed his attorney apprenticeship with distinction at the District Bar Council in Bielsko-Biała, achieving the highest score in the professional examination, with an average grade of 5.2.

He has been associated with the law firm since 2019. His areas of interest focus on substantive and procedural civil law. At the firm, he provides comprehensive legal services in the real estate market as well as for construction investments. He specializes in ongoing and transactional legal advice for clients in the real estate and construction industries. He handles transactions related to the acquisition, sale, and lease of real estate. He has experience advising clients in crisis management situations related to contract performance, including investment agreements.

He provides ongoing contract advisory services during the implementation of large construction projects for clients participating in the investment process, such as investors (including developers), general contractors, and subcontractors. He leads the team responsible for preparing real estate due diligence reports and develops complete transactional documentation.

He represents clients in proceedings before common courts, particularly in complex disputes concerning investments, real estate, and contractual liability.

He is fluent in English.
