Attorney-at-law. Associated with the Law Firm since 2020. In 2021, he graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. During his studies, he was a laureate and winner of numerous competitions – both academic and organized by external institutions. From 2022 to 2024, he completed his training at the District Chamber of Attorneys-at-Law in Katowice. In 2025, he obtained the title of attorney-at-law, achieving one of the highest scores in the professional exam within his bar.

He specializes in company law and mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and is responsible for the comprehensive legal support of the Law Firm’s key clients – including entities with foreign capital. He has experience in handling company transformations, mergers, and divisions, as well as in preparing and negotiating transaction documentation related to the sale of shares, stocks, and businesses. He represents clients in court in corporate disputes, particularly those concerning the annulment of resolutions adopted by corporate bodies, company dissolutions, and the exclusion of shareholders.

He is also involved in intellectual property law, including industrial property law. He has experience in filing trademarks and industrial designs – both in national procedures (before the Polish Patent Office – UPRP) and international ones (EUIPO, WIPO). He represents clients before intellectual property courts in proceedings concerning infringement of trademark rights, design rights, and acts of unfair competition. He also has experience representing clients before the PPO and EUIPO in contentious matters (including trademark and design invalidation proceedings), as well as in opposition proceedings concerning trademark applications.

He is fluent in English.
