n 2010 she received a law degree from the University of Silesia. She wrote her MA thesis on copyright law and was entitled. “Musical work in copyright law”. She completed her legal training in one of the leading law firms in Katowice, gaining vast experience in civil, criminal and commercial law. In 2019, she graduated from the University of Silesia with a postgraduate degree in “Medical Law”.
She has extensive experience as an academic lecturer and legal trainer. As a trainer, she has conducted training sessions on civil, administrative and personal data protection law.
Currently, she also works as a lecturer at the WSB Academy in Dąbrowa Górnicza teaching the subject “Legal Basis for Protection of Classified Information” within the „Personal Data Protection” course.
She has represented entrepreneurs and individual clients in numerous court disputes in civil. For several years she has been advising bank clients who have taken out mortgages payable in Swiss francs and representing them in disputes with the banks to invalidate mortgage agreements.
She specialises in civil, commercial and data protection law.
