Limited partner, doctor of law, attorney-at-law. A graduate of Jagiellonian University, where he also defended his doctoral dissertation. He is the author of numerous publications in the field of intellectual property law in professional journals as well as the winner of a number of awards from, among others, the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland and the Centre for Research into Legal and Economic Problems of Electronic Communication at the University of Wrocław. He has been with the Firm since 2005. He mainly deals with cases related to intellectual property law, civil law and commercial law. In addition, he is a lecturer at the H. Grotius Centre for Intellectual Property Rights in Krakow (www.ipcentrum.pl) and he is an expert on intellectual property rights at the Regional Development Agency. He is a TA member of the Allerhand Institute, the Polish Group of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property and the Polish Press Law Academic Society. He speaks English.
