Attorney at law. He graduated from the University of Silesia in Katowice with a law degree. In 2024, he completed his training at the Chamber of Attorneys-at-Law in Katowice. He gained professional experience in law firms located in Żywiec. His legal interests focus on broadly understood civil law, construction and real estate law, as well as personal data protection. He has experience in providing legal advice to entrepreneurs in the e-commerce sector, including implementing the provisions of the Digital Services Act (DSA) and the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR). As part of his practice, he supports businesses in aligning their online operations with EU legal requirements, as well as in the ongoing legal services related to online economic activity. He also represents clients in administrative and administrative court proceedings, particularly before Voivodeship Building Supervision Inspectors (WINB), the Chief Inspector of Building Supervision, and administrative courts, especially in matters related to construction investments, administrative decisions, and the legalization of unauthorized construction.
