Limited partner, Attorney-at-law. He completed his studies at the Law and Administration Faculty at Jagiellonian University with a very good result. His MA thesis was entitled “The takeover of a parent company by its subsidiary”. He gained his professional experience working and practising in the largest law firms in Kraków and Katowice. He has been with our firm since 2011. He is in charge of planning transformation processes (which includes transformations and mergers). He deals with company law, commercial law, business law and tax law. He is responsible for collaborating with companies specialising in business management and organizational restructuring. He coordinates due diligence processes on behalf of the Firm. He has participated in many training courses and conferences, both as a participant and as a speaker. He is fluent in English.
