Doctoral student in the Public Economic Law Department of the Law and Administration Faculty at the University of Silesia in Katowice. He is mainly interested in capital market law and corporate law, especially alternative investment funds, family office, as well as investment agreements, capital transactions and start-ups. The scope of his doctoral dissertation covers the protection of investors’ rights in an alternative investment company. During his undergraduate studies, he was awarded the Rector’s scholarship for academic achievements several times. He has been with our law firm since 2013. In the Firm he provides legal services to Polish and foreign businesses as well as individual clients.
