Attorney-at-law trainee. She graduated from the Law and Administration Faculty at Jagiellonian University in Kraków. She completed her studies with a very good result. During her studies she was awarded the Rector’s scholarship for the best students several times. Since 2021 she has been doing her legal training at the District Chamber of Attorneys-at-Law in Krakow. She has gained her professional experience in law firms in Kraków providing legal services to businesses. Her areas of interest include civil law, commercial and business law, company law as well as labour and social security law. She deals with cases related to corporate services for businesses and labour law consultancy to entities in the medical, automotive and plastics industries. She advises HR departments on employment matters, drafting and issuing opinions on the provisions of intra-company laws as well as providing assistance in drafting documentation related to the establishment and termination of employment relationships. She develops her interest in labour law by participating in numerous courses and training sessions. As a member of the corporate team, she drafts and provides opinions on inter-company documents and handles the process of registering changes in the National Register of Entrepreneurs. She also participates in due diligence and M&A processes, including drafting documents required during restructuring processes. She speaks English.
